1. What this is
Pamo’s Time Machine is an AI-generated short-film series, with this website as its home. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. The films and the site
- The films, pictures, text and design are the property of Pamo’s Time Machine. You are welcome to watch them and to link to the site and the films. Please do not copy, re-upload or sell them, or pass them off as your own, without asking us first.
- The films are AI-generated dramatisations of historical moments. They are made to be enjoyable and informative, but they are not documentary footage and not professional, academic or financial advice. Check the sources before relying on a detail.
- We try to be accurate and to correct mistakes. Tell us at pamotimemachine@gmail.com if you find one.
3. The publishing apps
“Pamo Time Machine” (Google) and “Pamo Uploader” (Meta) are internal tools used only by the series’ owner on the owner’s own YouTube channel and Instagram account. They are not offered to the public, and there is nothing for other people to sign up for. What the tools do with data is described in our privacy policy.
4. Links
The site links to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do; their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
5. No warranty and limit of liability
The site and films are provided “as is”, without promises that they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using them. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
