Privacy policy
Pamo’s Time Machine is an AI-generated short-film series, published on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. This policy explains, in plain language, what data is involved when you visit this website or watch the films, and what our own internal publishing tool does with the data it can reach. The short version: we collect nothing about visitors, and the tool only touches the series’ own accounts.
1. This website
- We do not collect personal data from visitors. There are no accounts, forms, comments, newsletters or sign-ups.
- We set no cookies and run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The pages load nothing from other sites.
- The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes ordinary technical request data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. We do not use that data to identify or follow you. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- If you email us, we keep your message and address only as long as needed to reply and handle your request.
2. Our publishing tool: Google (YouTube) and Instagram (Meta)
We run a small internal tool, on one computer, to publish our own films and read our own statistics. It is not a public product and has no users other than the series’ owner. It connects to two services:
- Google, through the YouTube Data API. The owner signs in to the series’ own YouTube channel to upload videos, set their titles, descriptions and thumbnails, and read that channel’s statistics, such as views and watch time.
- Instagram, through Meta’s Instagram API. The owner signs in to the series’ own Instagram account to publish Reels and read that account’s statistics, such as reach and engagement.
What data, and how it is used
- The only data involved is that of the series’ own channel and account: the films we published, their metadata, and their performance numbers. We use it to publish films and to learn which ones viewers enjoy.
- We do not use these APIs to access any other person’s account, to collect data about viewers or commenters, or to build profiles of individuals.
- Sign-in tokens issued by Google and Meta are stored only on the owner’s own computer. They are not uploaded to any server or shared.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal data. We do not share data from Google or Meta with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Pamo Time Machine’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Retention
Statistics we read are kept on the owner’s computer for as long as they are useful to the series. Sign-in tokens are kept until they are revoked or deleted, as described below. Nothing else is stored.
4. Deleting data and revoking access
- Revoke Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We then delete the stored token.
- Revoke Instagram access in Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites (or the equivalent screen in the Meta Accounts Center). We then delete the stored token.
- Ask us to delete anything we hold about you by emailing pamotimemachine@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”. We will confirm by email once it is done. Because we collect no personal data from visitors, there will usually be nothing to delete beyond your own message.
5. Children
The site and the tool are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. Material changes will be dated clearly at the top.
